Slouching Towards Literacy OR Small Steps Toward Integration and Assessment

Faculty are figuring out ways to integrate information literacy into our assignments and then assessing the effectiveness of those assignments in helping our students to become smarter researchers and writers.  Examples of information literacy rich assignments and assessment rubrics are available through the Faculty Toolkit.  Some of this work has been supported in part by the Information Literacy in Washington Community and Technical Colleges Grant a project funded by the Library Services and Technology Act.
